1. Does Stalker Meter include warranty?

Yes. Stalker Meters™ produced by Stalker Team carry a 1 year limited warranty. One Year Warranty covers manufacturing material and workmanship defects

Stalker Team warrants that the Stalker Meter device will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of manufacture. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Within the first year of service, upon customer request and if the original Stalker Meter malfunctions, a new Stalker Meter will be sent to the customer and the customer shall be billed for that new Stalker Meter.. Upon return of the original Stalker Meter and after the device has been tested to ensure the device malfunctioned and was not broken, the customer shall be refunded the cost of the new Stalker Meter.

2. How soon my purchased Stalker Meter will be sent to me?

At the moment it takes up to 7 business days to produce new Stalker Meter. We can send you Stalker Meter within 7 days after we received you payment. Please allow (2-7) business days from the time the order is placed until the order is shipped from the Evolution warehouse.

3. What are the methods of shipment?

Stalker Meter team ships directly to customer’s homes by UPS, ESM or usual post. According to our experience it takes about 5 business days to deliver to USA by UPS or ESM and within 2 months if shipping is made by usual post. Please note that every country has different custom regulations and no assurance can be made to ship to other countries. At the moment we have good experience of shipping to USA, Canada and Great Britain. Due to lack of real experience we can not guarantee in advance any terms for shipment to other countries.

4. How much does the shipment cost?

Shipping cost is paid by customer You can expect EMS cost to be somewhere between $20 and $45 US dollars. Import duty of customer's country and/or local postal service handling charges (if any) will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the local postal service at time of delivery.
